Watermelon Apps Dipped in Chocolate

Watermelon Appetizers

Ingredients
3 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup milk, dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
Flaky sea salt, chopped pistachios or almonds (optional, for garnish)
Toothpicks or small skewers (for serving)

Instructions
1. Prep & Melt: Cut the watermelon into small cubes and pat dry to remove excess moisture. This helps the chocolate stick better. Next, melt the chocolate.

2. Dip: Holding each watermelon piece with a toothpick or skewer, dip it halfway into the melted chocolate. Let the excess drip off.

3. Garnish & Chill: Sprinkle dipped sides with toppings before chocolate sets. Place your apps on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until chocolate is firm. Enjoy when ready! CS
